Who can we contract in case of an emergency?
In the event of a medical emergency, please contact your loved one’s medical provider or dial 911. For non-medical emergencies, please reach out to our office directly at 619-373-3533.
What is the agency’s protocol if a regularly scheduled caregiver isn’t available?
In the event that your regular caregiver is unavailable, our scheduling team will promptly contact you to arrange for a substitute caregiver and provide the necessary training to ensure a seamless and effective transition
