I've worked for United Care Homecare for over 10 years, and they have the most professional and experienced team. The staff always goes out of their way to help clients. I was there when a client didn't have a bed to come home to, and the staff brought him a bed and assisted in making sure he had everything he needed to be comfortable at home. On clients' birthdays, the team brings clients flowers and pies or cakes. The whole team is very caring and consistent. This is a great team to be a part of.

United Care: Home care servicesI cannot say enough about how much my family and I appreciate United Care! Mitchell Au, Regional Business Development Manager, was our first contact and he never left our side through the whole process. Doreen and Verenice in the office were amazing and Cabrina and Gina were the most loving, caring and skilled caregivers we could have ever prayed for. Mitchell Au was the one I called every step of the way and was always available to take care of any and everything. Not only did he personally take care of making necessary connections within United Care, but he was knowledgeable in every aspect of elder care and is well known in the entire community of related businesses which was essential when I needed a referral. My aunt required a caregiver 24/7 to be accepted into skilled nursing and someone was always there to care for her. They were even there when she went home and when she ended up back in the emergency room with a new symptom and then again, in the hospital and rehab. Mitchell visited my aunt everywhere she ended up along her journey… she still loves the stuffed cat he gave her during one of his visits. Cabrina and Gina were extraordinary caregivers, and my aunt considered them friends right away. United Care is very reasonably priced for such compassionate and expert care. United Care was a Godsend and helped us get through a very difficult time.

United Homecare was a critical and caring part of keeping my 83-87 year old mom in her home in Clairemont for an additional four years.Communication with the agency was great and they worked very hard to provide regular service with the same caretakers as much as they could. This kind of work has a lot of turnover and people leading their own vulnerable lives- So sometimes there were changes in staff, but whenever they could keep someone for a while and knew they had a good match, my mom developed long-term relationships, which were important to her and the caregivers.In the very beginning, it was early in the pandemic and my mother had COVID. Kasey and her team worked hard to find appropriate caregivers who could safely provide her with care. It was a critical moment in time and United Homecare really rose to the occasion. That was why we started with them at the beginning and it was why we stuck with them until my mom decided to move to Northern California and into assisted living, on her own terms, from a place of comfort and not out of crisis.
