Mitchell Au, Regional Business Development Manager, was our first contact and he never left our side through the whole process. Doreen and Verenice in the office were amazing and Cabrina and Gina were the most loving, caring and skilled caregivers we could have ever prayed for. Mitchell Au was the one I called every step of the way and was always available to take care of any and everything. Not only did he personally take care of making necessary connections within United Care, but he was knowledgeable in every aspect of elder care and is well known in the entire community of related businesses which was essential when I needed a referral. My aunt required a caregiver 24/7 to be accepted into skilled nursing and someone was always there to care for her. They were even there when she went home and when she ended up back in the emergency room with a new symptom and then again, in the hospital and rehab. Mitchell visited my aunt everywhere she ended up along her journey… she still loves the stuffed cat he gave her during one of his visits. Cabrina and Gina were extraordinary caregivers, and my aunt considered them friends right away. United Care is very reasonably priced for such compassionate and expert care. United Care was a Godsend and helped us get through a very difficult time.
